Do your sessions take place indoors or outdoors?

• We offer both on location sessions outdoors, as well as a private indoor studio for an additional fee. We can also photograph indoors at your place of business.

What should I wear for my photos?

• First and foremost, wear an outfit that you feel comfortable and confident wearing. Clothing that shows off your unique personality and brand are key in capturing the best portraits to represent you and your business. Company colors are always a plus! Solid colors with very simple, to no patterns are always the safest option. 
• Women: Button down tops with sleeves, softly patterned blouses or company branded tops always photograph well. Slacks, skirts and leggings are all acceptable. A blazer is always a great professional addition to any outfit! Closed toed shoes such a heels, wedges, boots or business slip-ons are recommended. Try to avoid overused or scuffed shoes. Simple and moderate stud or pearl earrings and necklaces ensure the focus of the image is your beautiful face and not your bling. 
• Men: Polo shirts, long sleeved button down shirts (a few ties/bowties to choose from), company branded shirts and business jackets are all recommended. Business slacks, khaki pants, nice jeans or Dickie-style pants work great! Don't forget a belt or two! Closed toed shoes are highly recommended. Try to avoid overused or scuffed shoes. 

If I want to purchase more images from a session, how much is each image?

• If you're interested in 1-20 additional images, the fee is $50 per image. If you're interested in 21+ additional images, the fees drops to $40 per image.

Do you offer client stylists to assist during my session?

• Yes! You can have your very own stylist present during your shoot for an additional $60 per hour. This individual will be an extra set of eyes to ensure your clothing looks immaculate and assist with your overall look during your shoot. They will also help with hair placement to be sure every strand is in place. The stylist will also assist the photographer by adjusting lights and equipment. 

Can my images be photoshopped to remove blemishes and whiten my teeth?

• 100%! We offer premium retouching, which includes skin softening, eye brightening, blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional fee of $35 per image. We do not offer face or body contouring.

How long will it take to get my images back after my session?

• Typically, your preview images will be delivered to you within 48 hours of your session. Once you've made your final selections, your final images will be delivered within 48 hours as well. However, delivery time can vary. This will be verified during the booking process.

How do I view and select my images?

• A link will be emailed to you delivering your preview images in a private online gallery. You can view your images on your phone or computer at your convenience. To choose your images, click the heart icon on each image that you're interested in and this will generate a list for our team to work with.

How do I download my final images?

• Another link will be emailed to you with your final images. It is highly recommended to download your images onto your computer, instead of your phone, so ensure safe keeping.  To download, you will be asked for a 4 digit PIN that will be provided to you in the same email as the link with your final images. Enter the PIN provided and the download should begin. The images will be downloaded in a zip file which the images will need to be extracted from and then saved onto a folder of your choosing onto your computer. Do you provide hair & makeup services?

• We currently do not offer H&MU services included in any of our packages, however, we can give you some great recommendations for both!

Do you only photograph in the Phoenix area?

• We photograph state and nation wide. We've photographed individuals in over 20 states and love to travel for our wonderful clients! Contact us for a custom travel photography package.

Can I print my images or do you provide prints?

• We are happy to offer A La Carte prints and canvases with multiple size options. Our images must be printed through LIV Photography only. We strictly use the highest quality printing services to ensure your prints not only look beautiful but will also last for generations! We want to be sure that any LIV Photography printed images reflect our mission and standards of the highest quality portraiture. 

I have my final high resolution image files, now what?

• Now it's time to share that beautiful face of yours with the world! Adding your headshot to your website is a great start, while also boosting your SEO with new content! Personalizing your email signature with your new headshot helps your clients feel connected to you and your business. Don't forget about Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter!
