At LIV Photography by Jen, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, custom photography services tailored to each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the time already dedicated to creating your images, photography services and digital images cannot be returned or refunded.
For physical prints or products ordered through LIV Photography by Jen, we ensure that every item meets our high-quality standards. If you receive a print or product that is damaged due to transit or issues with the printing process, we will gladly exchange it for a new, undamaged version of the same image at no additional cost to you, including shipping fees.

Please Note: Any damage occurring after the print or product has been delivered to the client is the responsibility of the client and cannot be replaced or exchanged for free.
If you encounter an issue with a print or product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to begin the exchange process. Your satisfaction and trust in our quality are our top priorities!
